DFA - Fire protection product of the year 2015
On February 17th 2015 the fifth „FeuerTRUTZ“ Trade Fair and Congress for Preventive Fire Protection was opened in the Museum of Industrial Heritage in the city of Nuremburg. Like the years before the prize was presented for the “Fire protection product of the year 2015” in the categories products (structural, plant-specific and organizational fire protection), fire protection design and sponsorship award, during the opening ceremony in front of an exclusive professionals audience.
Before the event a jury selected and nominated products, which the “FeuerTRUTZ” magazine presented to the readers in a special issue and where the readers voted in an online survey for their favorite product. The “DFA side hung window drive” of AUMÜLLER AUMATIC GmbH reached the top three shortlist, together with the fire protection products of Hekatron Vertriebs GmbH and Siemens AG.
Finally, at the thrilling award´s announcement, the “DFA side hung window drive” was the winner in the category “equipment fire protection”. With great elation, the attending employees of AUMÜLLER AUMATIC GmbH received the trophy together with the winner´s certificate
“Fire protection product of the year 2015” from the FeuerTrutz network. Winning this award confirms the company´s outstanding efforts in the field of preventive fire protection. It crowns the remarkable commitment of the employees in developing, manufacturing and marketing of excellent products for smoke and heat ventilation systems market.
With the “DFA” AUMÜLLER AUMATIC GmbH, launches a new and unique drive technology on the market. The drives integrates itself invisible and functionally into the window profile despite of the huge opening angle of 90° and remains even invisible when the vent is opened.
